Hoover Dike Road City Ramp has a stand-alone ramp with two single ramps. There is parking for 22 vehicles with trailers, and two handicapped parking with trailers. Plus, there are staging docks and restrooms with flush toilets. You can also do a picnic here as they have a picnic table and grill area.
